Born in Congou2010DRC, Dr. Nyabilondi (“Nya”) Huguette Ebama grew up all over. She studied at Seton Hall University and Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. After completing an Internal Medicine residency and Infectious Disease fellowship at New Yorku2010Presbyterian Queens, Dr. Ebama moved to Myrtle Beach, SC.\nIn the Myrtle Beach area, she was an infectious diseases specialist & partner at Lowcountry Infectious Diseases & Infusion Center, teaching attending for the Grand Strand Regional Medical Center Internal Medicine Residency, and HIV consultant & Medical Director at Careteam Plus Family Health and Specialty Care. After almost 7 years, she moved to Atlanta, GA to be closer to her family and joined AbsoluteCARE Medical Center and Pharmacy as an infectious diseases specialist. In 2021, she joined the Grant Park Clinic Board and Access Telecare part-time. In 2023, she joined Access Telecare full-time, and now works as a telehealth infectious diseases specialist. \nDr. Ebama is passionate about education, wellness, and empowerment. She is fluent in English, French, and Lingala. She enjoys Ballroom dancing, singing, watching 80s and Marvel movies, and spending time with family and friends. Being Christian, she loves to empower people to be their Godu2010given best.
